POP UP STORE - CHINA

Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt scotch whisky, selected us to design a popup store to celebrate Chinese New Year in Hainan.
Using a piece of art by Chinese artist Rlon Wang called “the Great Homecoming”, we designed a striking celebration of the epic journeys made each year to reunite with loved ones.
Two stores were created and each performed superbly, generating huge shopper traffic, sales success and millions of dollars of branded mentions on key social media.

TRAVEL RETAIL STORE - CHINA

This Shop-In-Shop for Glenfiddich was created to elevate the brand’s retail presence in Sanya Phoenix International Airport in Hainan, China.
Using our Intrigue/Explore/Discover customer journey model, into which we interpreted Glenfiddich’s ‘valley of the deer’ brand equities, we created a innovative and immersive retail space to reflect the natural environment of the famous Glenfiddich ‘Stag’ and maverick spirit of the brand.

CONCEPT STORE - SINGAPORE

EYS is one of Asia’s leading brands of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and a symbol of balance and wellbeing since 1879.
With the objective of making TCM, and the Eu Yan Sang brand, relevant to the younger audiences, EYS had secured a small space in one of Singapore’s fashionable after-dark areas and sought an experiential way to highlight the natural powers of their products.
The design incorporates a full display of natural herbs and various interactive touch points to stimulate engagement with, and understanding of, TCM through sight, smell and touch.
This project was one of the last projects developed whilst at our previous consultancy prior to the birth of Crombie Design.

FLAGSHIP STORE - LONDON

Razer is the world’s leading brand of premium gaming hardware, accessories and lifestyle products and is on the wishlist of every serious gamer.
Working with our design partners in London, ‘Your Studio’, we developed Razer’s first store in Europe, designing a hands-on interactive destination for gaming enthusiasts and experts alike.
Set over three levels with live events facilities and the ability for gamers to test all products in their desired configurations, the venue has proved a huge success, setting the design template for new stores globally.

SHOP-IN-SHOP DESIGN

As part of the overall brand identity refreshment for The Balvenie, William Grant & Sons commissioned us to develop a new retail visual identity.
One aspect of this was to design a Shop-In-Shop where all elements of the retail touch points come together seamlessly in a small retail space.
This integrated concept follows a progressive customer journey based on featuring key tactical offers with easy access for time poor shoppers through to more engaging and information rich displays for Scotch aficionados with more time to spend in the store.
